Job summary

Advanced IPM is hiring a Service Technician to serve clients in California and Nevada with professional, ethical service. You will inspect properties for pests, address infestations, and clearly report services performed while managing a daily route.

We provide paid training and opportunities to earn via sales and production incentives. The team emphasizes growth, reliability, and a supportive family atmosphere with ongoing training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• Pest control experience is a plus, but paid training is provided.
• Branch 2 Field representative licensing will be pursued within 90 days, with licensing costs covered if you pass.

Position Summary:

As a Service Technician at Advanced IPM, you will be the face of our company, providing the highest level of professionalism and ethics. • Pest control experience is a plus, but not required-we provide paid training.
• You will be required to obtain a Branch 2 Field representative within 90 days of employment. We will provide all the necessary tools for licensing and will cover the exam fees, but only if you pass the exam. Additional specialty licenses and certifications are supported encouraged.
