Advanced IPM is seeking a motivated Commercial Account Manager to develop new commercial business and grow an assigned territory with the training, mentorship, and support of an established company behind them.

This role is an outside sales position focused on self-generated opportunities, prospecting, and building long-term commercial relationships across Nevada and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting and networking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Territory management and time-blocking skills.
• Comfort working independently and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and in-person prospecting.
• Drive throughout an assigned territory to meet prospects and customers and conduct site inspections.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, research prospects, prepare proposals, and complete account setup documentation.
• Communicate professionally in person, by phone, email, and text, and use technology and AI tools to stay organized and productive.
• Partner with service and support teams to ensure accurate handoffs and a strong customer experience.
