Job summary

Long Fence in Capitol Heights, MD, is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Large Projects to lead complex builds. The role requires coordinating estimating, purchasing, installation, and customer communication, reading plans, attending progress meetings, dispatching crews, and performing site visits.

The position is full-time, in-office Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Eligible benefits include health, dental & vision, 401k, matching, and PTO; candidates must pass pre-employment

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Large Projects to join our team in Capitol Heights, Maryland.

Job duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate between estimating, purchasing, installation, and the customer.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial construction industry experience.
• Construction software and computer skill experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Compensation:

• The minimum compensation for this position is $85,000.00 per year.
• The maximum compensation for this position is $95,000.00 per year.
