Renewal by Andersen, a division of Home Solutions Midwest, is seeking driven Sales Representatives to grow with us. You’ll be out meeting homeowners, solving problems, and presenting solutions in homes, with full ownership from presentation to close.

This is a full-time, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Base opportunities include company-generated leads, with success built on effort, relationships, and ongoing development. Pay ranges from $103,000 to $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Have 2-3 years of sales experience (in-home or short-cycle sales preferred).
• Proven ability to close and take responsibility for results.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven.
• Leads are a tool—not a guarantee.
• Able to build referrals and generate your own opportunities.
• Clear and confident communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and computer literate.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and enjoy working on the road.

Responsibilities

• Manage your sales pipeline using company resources.
• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and self-generated opportunities.
• Deliver dynamic, professional in-home sales presentations.
• Build trust and long-term relationships while delivering our Signature Service experience.
• Take full ownership of appointments—from presentation to close.
• Accurately complete contracts and required documentation.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development.
• Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.
