Astound is hiring for a residential direct sales role in the Greater Maryland area. You will meet with residents and property groups, present services, and sign up new customers in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with outdoor, field-based work and driving.
• Ability to manage time, meet quotas and work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue provided leads and convert to service sign-ups.
• Discuss service needs, provide quotes, and process orders.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Attend sales meetings and report metrics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and market conditions.
