Job summary

NOXYZ is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in Charlotte to build and manage a territory pipeline, closing high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM.

You will prospect door-to-door, referrals, networking, and leverage the in-house R3 marketing system. This quota-driven role offers base salary plus commission, full benefits, a company vehicle, and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success — home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred.
• You must be comfortable prospecting and building your own business, not just working provided leads.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals.
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract.
• Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand.
