Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-driven outside sales experience.
• Experience in home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals.
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract.
• Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand.
