Vector Security, Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager in Warrendale, PA, to drive the residential sales team in exceeding budgeted targets. You will be responsible for recruiting and training top-tier sales talent while assisting the General Manager with operational support.

The role requires previous management experience and a strong sales background. The ideal candidate will navigate customer interactions effectively and ensure financial targets are met with our comprehensive support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Previous management experience is highly preferred.
• Successful sales experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license for customer visits.

SUMMARY:

As a Sales Manager, you will drive the residential sales team in assigned market to exceed budgeted targets . Recruit, hire, train top-tier sales talent and provide on-going training and support . Assist General Manager is partnering with Operations on supporting a com n . plete customer experience. Responsible for the administrative and supervisory oversite of the residential sales department involving direct supervision of sales reps, projecting goals and achieving sales objectives in a defined area or region.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, Hire, Onboard, Train and develop sales talent.
• Drive daily activity of Residential Sales Representatives via sales meeting, on-going training, ride-along field time, role playing, and operation support.
• This will assist sales reps in influencing customers and assisting them in buying Vector’s products and services.
• Assign leads via DICE or assign CRM to sales representatives .
• Ensure s follow -up and updates are maintained in system.
• Ensure financial targets are met based on assigned budget and KPIs .
• T argets .
• Reports results and forecasts to branch and home office management .
• Identifies ways to market products to new consumers, including identifying new target market segments/opportunities.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Preveious Management Experience - Highly Preferred:
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead team members to reach their goals.
• Successful Experience in Sales - Required:
  • Strong sales skills to be able to train and develop successful sales reps .
• Valid Driver's License:
  • Must be able to drive to customer locations.
