The ideal candidate has 2+ years in residential real estate coordination, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years in residential real estate transaction coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and electronic document management systems.
• Experience coordinating with title companies, lenders, and agents.

Aufgaben

• Review and process purchase agreements, amendments, deposits, and supporting documentation.
• Verify contract terms, deadlines, pricing, contingencies, and approvals are recorded.
• Maintain organized electronic transaction files and coordinate document execution.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Finance, buyers, agents, and title companies regarding outstanding funds.
• Manage transactions from contract execution through closing.
• Maintain closing schedules, milestone tracking, and readiness checklists.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and Realtors for timely closings.
• Track and resolve outstanding requirements that may impact closing.
• Ensure files are completed and archived following closing.
• Serve as central point of coordination between Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, buyers, agents, and external partners.
• Provide timely updates on transaction status, deadlines, risks, and next steps.
• Document material communications and maintain accountability for outstanding actions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare transaction pipeline and closing forecasts.
• Support compliance with procedures and improvements to workflows.
