Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for the North Baldwin area. You will manage the sales process, help customers choose and design their home, and ensure a smooth transaction from sale through financing and construction.

The role requires the ability to source new opportunities, build relationships with realtors, and meet or exceed sales targets with a strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive daytime or nighttime.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service.
• Continuously source new customers and assist customers in finding and designing their home.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects and networks with realtors.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan for establishing new relationships.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with team members.
