Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required.
• CDL Class B license required.
• Supervisory experience preferred: 3 years.
• Experience in the solid waste industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned residential routes to ensure timely and accurate waste pickup.
• Picks up and transports waste safely following federal, state, and local regulations.
• Plans daily schedule based on customer needs using dispatcher files and route sheets.
• Maintains high level of customer service and communicates issues to Dispatcher for resolution.
• Ensures paperwork is completed neatly and accurately; DOT Driver Log if applicable.
• Pre-trip and post-trip maintenance on assigned truck; reports maintenance issues.
