Job summary

Baker Home Energy is seeking a seasoned roofing construction leader to oversee on-site project delivery, lead foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule discipline across residential roofing projects.

You will partner with sales, field ops, and safety teams, manage field operations, train staff, and drive performance improvements while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of roofing construction experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/foreman experience.
• Knowledge of roofing contracts, permits, inspections, and codes.
• Ability to travel to jobsites and customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing projects from pre-construction to final completion.
• Direct foremen, crews, and subcontractors; ensure safety and quality.
• Audit field workmanship and resolve warranty or customer issues.
• Enforce safety policies and Cal/OSHA requirements.
• Communicate with customers, inspectors, and internal teams for project success.
• Develop training programs to improve sales and field performance.
• Support estimating, scope development, and change-order evaluations.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and production coordination.
