Job summary

Baker Roofing Company seeks a Commercial Roofing Construction Manager to plan, organize, and oversee daily roofing activities and crew management. You will designate material staging areas, supervise installations, and ensure safety, quality, and cost-efficiency on every project.

The role requires hands-on roofing leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with management, GCs, and customers. A driver’s license and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Graduate.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience; management experience preferred.
• Driver’s license is required.
• Proficient with MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Fluent English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and plan work scope with the manager.
• Supervise crew, ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Manage material staging, deliveries, and job site logistics.
• Prepare daily reports and time sheets; coordinate punch lists.
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and compliant with ABV standards.
