Job summary

Baker Home Energy is seeking a Roofing Construction Manager to oversee and optimize roofing projects across California. You will lead field teams, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and coordinate with sales and operations to drive performance.

The role requires 5+ years in roofing construction and 2+ years in supervision, with a valid driver license and willingness to travel to sites. A roofing license or RME is highly preferred, and collaboration with solar teams is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years roofing construction experience.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory or foreman/manager experience.
Valid driver license and ability to travel to jobsites.
California RME or roofing-license-related requirements highly preferred.
Experience coordinating with solar installations is a plus.
Knowledge of roofing contracting, permitting, inspections, and code requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion.
Manage project schedules, labor resources, subcontractors, materials, equipment, inspections, and permits.
Identify and resolve project risks, field issues, scope changes, and schedule conflicts.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and per company standards and customer expectations.
Direct and develop foremen, crews, and subcontractors; train and coach field teams.
