Baker Home Energy is seeking a Roofing Construction Manager to lead roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion. You will supervise foremen, crews, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with sales and operations for technical guidance.

The role emphasizes training, risk management, and maintaining strong customer communication to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; roofing field experience preferred.
• California Roofing License or license-ready status preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years roofing construction experience with field knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Manage project schedules, labor resources, subcontractors, materials, equipment, inspections, and permits.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Direct and develop foremen, crews, and subcontractors; enforce productivity and quality standards.
• Provide roofing expertise to Estimating, Sales and Operations teams; train and coach staff.
