Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Commercial Roofing Construction Manager to plan, organize, and oversee daily roofing operations. This role requires supervising crews, managing materials, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience and strong leadership and communication skills. Local travel to Birmingham, AL sites may be required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Graduate.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience; management experience preferred.
• Driver’s License required.
• Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Scheduling.
• Must speak fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily activities including material staging and crew management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness in roofing installations.
• Train and supervise crew and subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain job-site cleanliness and on-time deliveries.
• Communicate progress and issues with management and customers.
