The role requires maintaining renovation documentation, providing daily updates to management, assisting with inspections of vacant units, and coordinating supplies.

Responsibilities

• Renovate units which could include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, repairs, cleaning and painting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations including use of back brace, safety goggles and gloves while renovating.
• Maintain accurate documentation of renovation supplies.
• Maintain constant communication with management; provide daily project updates.
• Assist with inspection of vacant units and inventory work following the renovation process.
