Evergreen Residential Holdings, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Field Technician based in Minneapolis, MN to handle post-renovation repairs, smart home troubleshooting, and occupied maintenance across our SFR and BTR portfolio.

You will perform move-in/out inspections, HOA checks, and on-site repairs while coordinating with residents and the Head of Construction to meet KPI targets. HVAC certs are a plus; MS Office and resident-management systems proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Min 2 years of work experience in a related position with residential maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; as well as with prospect and resident management systems is required.
• HVAC certifications preferred.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Flexible and able to operate effectively in a changing environment, and/or with ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Install marketing yard signs and remove signs at occupancy.
• Own the condition of the homes from the end of construction/Renovation until a resident has moved in – inspections and sparkle cleans onsite.
• Complete post turn visits to confirm marketability within 2 days of release from construction.
• Serve as a field representative on behalf of Evergreen Live, including Eviction Court, Eviction, Lockout, Utility Connection, etc.
• Troubleshoot self-showing errors or access issues.
• Complete minor post renovation repairs as needed; install and troubleshoot smart home technology issues.
• Perform pre-move in inspections 72 hours before move-in.
• Conduct HOA Violation checks.
• In person evictions/lockouts.
• Perform recurring occupancy checks; coordinate and perform move out walks with residents.
• Schedule and complete occupied maintenance work orders.
• Review progress against KPI’s weekly with the Head of Construction.
• Communicate with residents in a timely and professional manner for any outstanding violations.
