Job summary

gpac is partnering with a well-established renovations construction firm to hire a Project Manager for residential projects. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.

You must read drawings, coordinate with architects and engineers, lead meetings, ensure safety and quality, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with construction/project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and overall job progress.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scopes.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead job site and project meetings.
• Maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Support safety, quality control, and job site organization.
