Job summary

Fresh Start Contracting in Burlington, MA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential renovation projects. This role focuses on planning, estimating, and client coordination, rather than hands-on construction work, offering growth in construction management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in carpentry/construction.
• Experience in construction project planning and supervisory capacity preferred.
• Solid knowledge of construction and remodeling trades, practices, materials, codes.
• Ability to read and understand architect and engineering plans.
• Must be able to write contracts and communicate to clients well.
• Knowledge of construction supplies and building materials
• Be proficient with email and smartphones.
• Must like construction and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and ongoing client relationships.
• Estimate and oversee residential renovation projects.
• Manage direct reports: Warnings, Reviews, and Terminations.
• Guide clients through every phase of their project.
• Ensure jobs stay organized, on budget, and on schedule.
• Deliver the excellent service our clients expect and deserve.
