FirstKey Homes, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage inspections, budgets, and renovation timelines for new rental-home purchases and turnover properties. The role requires quick on-site assessment in varied weather and fast decision-making to support investment choices.

You will coordinate with the acquisitions team, drive vendor performance, and oversee change orders and invoices to ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Residential maintenance and renovation experience required.
• Ability to read and produce reports using Excel and Yardi.

Responsabilités

• Inspect homes to create a scope of work and budget.
• Plan and schedule renovation projects for homes before purchase or after move-out.
• Use app-based software to create and review budgets and update timelines.
• Coordinate inspections with Construction Coordinator and residents prior to move-out.
• Drive vendor performance to meet timeline, quality and cost requirements.
• Negotiate pricing on vendor work when needed.
• Generate and review change orders for budget variances.
• Review and approve invoices weekly.
• Collaborate with internal partners to update pre-leased homes.
