Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Residential maintenance and renovation experience.
• Ability to read and produce reports using Excel and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes to create a scope of work and budget.
• Plan and schedule renovation projects for purchases or turnovers.
• Use app-based software to create and review budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate inspections with residents prior to move-out.
• Drive vendor performance to meet timeline, quality and cost targets.
• Negotiate pricing on vendor work when needed.
• Generate and review change orders for budget variances.
• Review invoices weekly.
• Collaborate with internal partners for timely updates on pre-leased homes.
• Monitor pipeline and delivery schedule across regions.
