Job summary

Progress Residential, L.P. is seeking a Construction Superintendent - HC to oversee labor, vendors, and materials for rent-ready homes. You will inspect scopes, coordinate schedules, assign tasks to vendors, and ensure quality control while keeping costs in check.

The role requires basic repair skills and a focus on safety, with reporting duties and strong communication with internal teams and residents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a superintendent or project manager.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring and appliances.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and review scope of work to determine labor, vendor and material needs.
• Coordinate and schedule work directly or through the Project Coordinator.
• Track and assign work to third party vendors to move homes to rent-ready status.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure all punch list items are completed.
• Complete property inspections, condition reports, costs and estimates.
• Communicate changes to scope, schedule and costs; assist with basic repairs as needed.
