Progress Residential is seeking a Construction Superintendent - LC to oversee turn projects in Atlanta, GA. You will estimate labor and costs, supervise vendors and internal teams, and ensure quality through punch-list management.

The role emphasizes safety, timely rent-ready milestones, and accurate reporting; requires strong trade knowledge and communication with residents and contractors.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with a valid Driver’s License.
• 5+ years experience as a superintendent, project manager or production home representative.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping and irrigation systems.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail & high performance standards.
• Good communication skills (oral & written) and comfortable scheduling work directly with residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and review scope of work to determine labor, vendor and material needs.
• Coordinate and schedule work directly or via the Project Coordinator.
• Track and assign work to third-party vendors to move homes to rent-ready status quickly.
• Perform quality control inspections and complete punch list items.
• Complete property inspections, cost estimates and reporting.
• Communicate changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Assist in basic repairs to reduce cycle times.
• Ensure safety standards are upheld.
