Job summary

Innate AEC LLC in Seattle is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential remodel and new construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will drive budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, with our design-build approach ensuring clear communication between design and construction teams.

Responsibilities include managing all phases end-to-end, hiring and coordinating subcontractors, procurement, permitting, and site visits to ensure quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong budget management and cost control skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Hire, schedule, and oversee subcontractors and field crews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
• Coordinate material selections, procurement, and deliveries.
• Manage permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve field conditions and value-engineer solutions.
