Pro Work is seeking an In-House Sales Consultant in Sanford, FL to guide homeowners through the remodeling journey—from initial consult to planning—building trusted relationships and understanding client visions. You’ll qualify inbound leads, meet clients on-site, gather project data, present preliminary budgets, and educate homeowners on options while maintaining CRM records and driving conversions.

This role includes local travel and a company truck.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in residential remodeling or related sales.
• Experience with CRM systems and estimating processes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for homeowner appointments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client opportunities and hit targets.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners during sales and planning.
• Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and consultations.
• Meet clients on-site to understand remodeling goals and priorities.
• Take field measurements, photos, and gather project information for estimating.
• Prepare and present preliminary budgets and remodeling recommendations.
• Educate homeowners on the remodeling process and options.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and leadership for smooth handoffs.
• Represent Pro Work professionally within the local community.
