Richmark Remodeling is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our local, in-person team in Magnolia, TX. You will support Project Managers and estimators, ensuring schedules, budgets, selections, orders, and project records stay accurate and current across residential remodeling projects.

The ideal candidate blends construction knowledge with strong computer skills, organization, and professional customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple moving parts on residential remodeling projects.
• Ability to read plans and understand estimates, budgets, and change orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with homeowners, designers, and vendors.
• Proficiency with construction management software and general business tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project administration and computer-based tasks.
• Build, update, and monitor project schedules.
• Maintain accurate project information in JobTread or comparable software.
• Review estimates, budgets, allowances, selections, and project scopes.
• Track selections and confirm decisions are made on time.
• Place and monitor material and product orders.
• Coordinate information among Project Managers, estimators, designers, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare project updates, meeting notes, and internal reports.
• Attend selected client meetings and project walkthroughs.
