Richmark Remodeling is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our local Magnolia, TX team. This role supports Project Managers and estimators to ensure schedules, budgets, selections, and orders are accurately tracked for residential remodeling projects.

You will collaborate with homeowners, designers, vendors, and subcontractors, maintain records, and help keep projects on scope and on budget while providing professional client communication.

Qualifications

• Previous project coordination or construction administration experience.
• Residential remodeling experience preferred.
• Experience with JobTread or comparable construction management software preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Ability to manage estimates, budgets, selections, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project administration and computer-based tasks.
• Build, update, and monitor project schedules.
• Maintain accurate project information in JobTread or comparable software.
• Review estimates, budgets, allowances, selections, and project scopes.
• Help ensure completed work aligns with the approved estimate.
• Coordinate information among Project Managers, estimators, designers, vendors, and clients.
• Attend selected client meetings and project walkthroughs.
