Kinterra Design Build in the Denver metro area is seeking a Project Manager with residential remodeling experience to own projects from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate with clients, designers, trade partners, vendors, and the internal team to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction/remodeling project management.
• Experience personally managing residential projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, scheduling, and trade coordination.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential remodeling and renovation projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, trade partners, vendors, and the internal team.
• Maintain project schedules and follow up on upcoming milestones and outstanding items.
• Keep project details, decisions, documentation, and communication organized.
• Conduct regular site reviews to monitor progress, quality, and project needs.
• Identify potential issues early and take action to keep projects moving.
• Coordinate trades, materials, deliveries, and other project requirements.
• Communicate project updates, decisions, and next steps clearly with clients and team members.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure design decisions and construction documents are properly carried into the build.
• Track changes and communicate their potential impact on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Maintain accountability for project commitments and follow through until tasks are completed.
