Job summary

Kinterra Design Build in the Denver Metro Area is seeking a Project Manager with residential remodeling experience to own projects from start to finish.

You will coordinate clients, designers, trade partners, and vendors, maintain schedules, track changes, and ensure design and construction documents are carried into build with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or design-build PM
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction to completion
• Strong scheduling and trade coordination
• Excellent client communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in the field

Responsibilities

• Manage residential remodeling and renovation projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate with clients, designers, trade partners, vendors, and internal team
• Maintain project schedules and track milestones and outstanding items
• Keep project details, decisions, documentation, and communication organized
• Conduct regular site reviews to monitor progress and quality
• Identify issues early and take action to keep projects moving
• Coordinate trades, materials, deliveries, and other project requirements
• Communicate updates and next steps clearly with clients and team
• Work with design team to carry design decisions into build
• Track changes and communicate impact on scope, cost, and schedule
• Maintain accountability for project commitments and follow through
