West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Richmond, VA. The role involves loading materials, visiting customers, removing old baths and installing new fixtures, ensuring cleanups, and handling paperwork and payments.

Candidates should have experience in carpentry/remodeling/plumbing or a strong willingness to learn, plus tools familiarity and a valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation and mobile access are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
