West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Virginia Beach, VA. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including on-site installations, material loading, customer greetings, and quality workmanship to ensure a 5-star experience.

Ideal candidates have carpentry/remodeling experience, basic tool knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a path to growth within a technology-driven home improvement company.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
