Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to support installations across bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. The role involves loading materials at the warehouse, traveling to customer homes, performing demos, and installing new fixtures with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
