Job summary

West Shore Home in Richmond, VA is hiring a Residential Remodeler to perform installations of windows, doors, and related remodel tasks. You will start at 6:30 AM from the warehouse, travel to homes, greet customers, and complete installations while maintaining a clean work site.

The role requires experience in carpentry or remodeling, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-site in residential settings. Company benefits and a culture that supports growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Ability to learn and adapt on the job.
• Comfort working in residential environments and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
