West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring a Residential Remodeler to install tubs, surrounds, and update plumbing, following SOP and PPE protocols. The position requires arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, traveling to customer homes, greeting the homeowners, and delivering a 5-star experience while keeping the work area clean.

Ideal candidates have experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a strong desire to learn, with basic hand and power tool knowledge and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
