Qualifications

Licensed Architect with WA license required.
5-8 years of experience in residential architecture/remodeling design.
Experience supporting permit strategy and jurisdictional coordination.

Responsibilities

Provide architectural leadership and technical design guidance for residential remodeling projects.
Coordinate with Designers, Client Services, Estimating, Production, and external consultants to ensure coherent drawings.
Oversee permit strategy, documentation quality, constructability, and code alignment.
