Chimes seeks a Personal Care Administrator in Aldan, PA, to lead a community residential rehabilitation program and guide recovery-oriented services. You will supervise staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure high standards of care across all services.

This leadership role focuses on program development, staff mentoring, and acting as the steady, frontline presence to maintain care continuity, even during challenging moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline.
• Clearances required: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal history; valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead the psychosocial program's day-to-day operations, including staffing and service quality.
• Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to staff, individually and in groups.
• Step in with direct client services when the program needs you.
• Ensure licensing standards, contracts, and agency policy compliance.
• Track census, outcomes, and performance improvement indicators.
• Run regular staff meetings and report incidents promptly.
