Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; valid Driver's License.
• Not listed on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a psychosocial program.
• Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to the team.
• Step in with direct client services when needed.
• Maintain compliance with licensing standards and agency policy.
• Manage staffing, documentation, billing, and re-authorizations.
