Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Personal Care Administrator to lead a community residential rehabilitation program in Aldan, PA. You will supervise staff, guide clients through recovery, and ensure services meet high standards of care.

You'll partner with accounting on billing, manage staffing and documentation, and ensure licensing compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role with 24-hour availability for emergencies and ongoing program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline.
• Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal history; valid Driver's License; not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.
• Licensure/Certifications: None required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program: own day-to-day success from staffing to service quality, with hands-on supervision and coaching.
• Champion Client Recovery: ensure services reflect recovery-oriented, culturally competent best practices and connect clients with community resources.
• Keep the Program Running Strong: manage staffing, documentation, billing, and compliance to maintain steady operations.
