Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services in Quincy, MA is seeking a Residential Rehab Educator/Counselor to support clients with goal setting, daily living activities, meaningful engagement, socialization, transportation and medication administration. You will implement treatment plans to help clients reach goals and improve symptom management and quality of life.

Education requirements include a HS diploma or equivalent, with coursework in psychology, human services, or health sciences preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in health and human services.

• Computer proficiency and ability to use an electronic health record system.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and safe driving record, driving experience ...access to a personal vehicle required at some sites.

• assist clients experiencing behavioral health issues with: goal setting and achievement, activities of daily living, engagement in meaningful activities, socialization, transportation and administration of medication.
• Implement treatment plans that help clients with reaching goals and symptom management.
• Help clients to develop independence and enhance quality of life.
