Aspire Health and Community Services is recruiting a Residential Rehab Educator/Counselor to support adults with mental illness in achieving independence and active living.

The position requires assisting with goal setting, daily living skills, and meaningful activities, with CPR/First Aid MAP certifications required eventually. Salary ranges are listed and compensation includes a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; coursework toward an Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in health and human services or related training.
• Ongoing training and development provided.
• Patience and ability to interact with individuals with disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with goal setting, daily living activities, engagement in meaningful activities.
• Support medication administration and symptom management.
• Help clients develop independence and enhance quality of life.
