Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking Relief Staff and Residential Rehab Educators to support our clients in a residential group home setting. You will assist with daily living activities, help clients gain independence, and participate in team-driven care planning.

Position requires HS diploma or higher, driving eligibility, and willingness to attend 6 months of mandatory trainings, including First Aid/CPR and MAP certification.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Interest or coursework in psychology, human services, health care, or related field.
• Some experience in the mental health care field is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to attend mandatory trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Clients in activities of daily living and support their independence.
• Help clients develop skills to improve quality of life.
• May administer medication as directed and follow protocols.
• Transport clients to appointments or events and engage them in meaningful activities.
