Aspire Health and Community Services is hiring Residential Rehab Educators/Counselors to help adults with mental illness lead active, independent lives.

Responsibilities include goal setting, daily living support, social engagement, transportation, and medication administration. Education: HS diploma or higher; degrees preferred. CPR/First Aid and MAP certifications required. Valid driver’s license and vehicle access may be needed at some sites.

• Previous experience working in the health and human services field and/or related education or training.
• We provide ongoing training and development.
• Patience and an understanding and ability to interact with individuals with disabilities.
• Dependability, flexibility, and desire to help others.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn to use an electronic health record system.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and safe driving record, driving experience and access to a personal vehicle at some sites.
• CPR, First Aid and MAP certifications will be required.
