Job summary

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is seeking energetic, self-motivated professionals to join our Dayton Residential Reentry Program. As a Reentry Support Specialist, you will monitor residents and ensure compliance with program rules while maintaining a safe, orderly facility.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities starting at $15/hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance, LTD, PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 403b with a match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or an Associate's Degree with one year of direct residential experience.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained.
• Professionalism, compassion, and commitment to VOA's mission.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and ensure compliance with program rules and conditions.
• Maintain safe custody and accountability of residents.
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and orderly.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment and support team needs.
