Job summary

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic professionals to join its Cincinnati Residential Reentry Program. The role involves monitoring residents, ensuring compliance with program rules, and maintaining a safe facility with accountability for residents’ activities.

We hire full-time and/or part-time staff. Starting pay is $15.00/hour with a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance, LTD, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 403b with a match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or an Associate's Degree) with one year of direct residential experience preferred.
• Professionalism, compassion, and commitment to the mission are essential.
• Willingness to help in various tasks and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' activities and ensure compliance with program rules.
• Maintain safe custody and accountability of residents.
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and orderly and adapt to changing shift demands.
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in interactions with residents.
