Job summary

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks an energetic Reentry Support Specialist Lead to mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure high-quality residential services. You will work closely with management to address duties and program needs.

Required: High School diploma or GED, First Aid & CPR certification, and two years of direct residential experience preferred; an Associate’s in social science is a plus. VOAOHIN provides benefits including PTO and a 403b match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of direct residential experience preferred.
