Job summary

Cherry Health is seeking a Coordinator, Residential Care to oversee residents’ day-to-day activities in a residential re-entry facility. You’ll maintain order, monitor safety, and document services while supporting reintegration efforts for adults with justice involvement.

Responsibilities include intake, staff coordination, medication oversight, recordkeeping, transport, and compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• MI driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required within the first week.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in correctional or behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and intake new residents; explain rules.
• Maintain documentation of client activities and information.
• Monitor and log client activities on campus and in the community.
• Oversee residents’ medication administration and documentation.
• Conduct searches and safety checks.
• Transport residents using company vehicles.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
