Job summary
Cherry Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical - Reentry to oversee the clinical process within the reentry program at the Detroit Community Treatment Center. You will supervise the clinical team, ensure treatment plans, aftercare planning, and case reviews, and maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Full state licensure in the field
- CAADC and CCS certification or eligibility within 6 months of hire
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum 5 years of clinical treatment experience in mental health and substance use disorders
- Experience in supervision and staff development (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical teams to deliver reentry services
- Oversee development of ancillary services and treatment methods
- Review clinical documentation for compliance
- Develop and monitor program budget
- Represent program in community meetings
- Supervise students and staff practicums
- Perform other duties as assigned
