Cherry Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical - Reentry to oversee the clinical process of the reentry program at our Detroit facility. You will supervise the clinical team, oversee treatment plans, and coordinate services including education, vocational training, and aftercare planning.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in clinical treatment, strong supervision skills, and knowledge of resident rights, confidentiality, and criminal justice interfaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical treatment experience, particularly in mental health and substance use disorders.
• Preferred experience in clinical supervision and staff development.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience accepted.

Responsabilités

• Lead leadership and staff development to mentor, coach, and engage the clinical team.
• Oversee development of ancillary services, treatment methods, and aftercare planning.
• Direct, train, evaluate competencies, and address performance issues in a timely manner.
• Review clinical documentation for compliance with contracts and standards.
• Prepare audit responses and corrective action plans.
• Lead case conferences, approve treatment plans, and monitor budgets.
• Represent the program in community meetings as clinical consultant to referrals.
