Cherry Health seeks a part-time Residential Care Coordinator to oversee residents in a re-entry facility. You will ensure safety, enforce policies, and document daily activities while supporting reintegration efforts.

The role emphasizes maintaining order, conducting intakes, supervising medication, and coordinating services with a focus on compliance and resident well-being. Prior experience in behavioral health or corrections is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MI driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required within first week.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of correctional or adult treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and intake new residents, explain facility rules.
• Provide guidance and assistance to residents.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities.
• Monitor client activities on campus and in the community.
• Ensure residents sign in/out and monitor traffic.
• Conduct searches and urinalysis testing as required.
• Oversee medication administration and documentation.
• Transport residents using company vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Attend required staff meetings.
